The following conditions apply to all our reservations. Please, read them carefully and if you have any queries or there is something you want to clear up, do not hesitate to contact us before definitively confirming your booking. The "Agli Alboretti hotel" staff are at your compete disposal for any further information you may need. Once a reservation has been confirmed we understand that you find our conditions acceptable and you agree to be bound to them. An enquiry can be made in writing –by post, fax, email- or by telephone. In the event of a booking the hotel will ask for a written confirmation with a credit card number and its expiry date. The hotel will reply to you and your room will be secured even in case of a very late arrival. Check in is at 2:00 p.m. Check out is at noon Reservations of Groups: There are no special conditions or discounts or travel agent commission granted for parties. After a general agreement done in writing, in order to secure the reservation we will ask for a deposit corresponding to a one-night stay per room reserved. Unless specifically agreed the balance has to be paid before the group’s arrival. Travel agent commission: Sorry! We do not pay any. Payment: Bills are to be paid on presentation which is usually on departure. For very early check-outs the management may ask that the bill is settled the night before. No deductions or discounts shall be made by the customer for any reason whatsoever unless previously agreed in writing. Bills can be paid by Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard and American Express credit cards. Amendments to the reservations: They have to be made at least 48 hours prior to the arrival day. Cancellations: they must be made in writing at least 7 days prior to arrival day and there won’t be any charge. For later cancellations you will be subject to a cancellation charge corresponding to a one-night accommodation per room reserved. Cancellations and modifications during your stay: the hotel management reserves the right to charge the whole period reserved. Hotel Liability: Agli Alboretti booking department will do everything possible to make your stay pleasant and assist you in the best possible way before, during and after your stay. However, if something happens which is outside our control (such as major damage to a room) it will be possible that we find you another accommodation in a similar hotel (same category and price range), but this will not constitute a breach of the contract.
