In Venice, addresses can be rather confusing.
Accademia 884, Dorsoduro 884 and Rio Terrà Foscarini 884 all indicate the same building:
our hotel.
What follows are simple directions which will
help you to find our hotel easily using public transportation.
Let’s start by our street name: it is "Rio Terrà Foscarini".
  In case you drive to Venice and park your car
in one of the parking places at Piazzale Roma (coach and car terminal) or travel by train
and arrive at Santa Lucia train station:Catch "vaporetto" line number
"1" or "2" via Canal Grande towards St. Mark’s Square.
Get off at boat-stop number 12 "Accademia". Out of the landing, turn left and
then right and walk into the avenue -Rio Terrà Foscarini. You will see our hotel on the
left-hand side of the street only a few steps ahead of you.
Alternatively, you could park your car at Tronchetto car park. Then directions are
slightly different: From there it is only boat number 2 via Canale della Giudecca to boat
stop "Zattere".
The hotel is situated about 100 metres far from the boat-stop on the right-hand side of
the avenue (rio Terrà Foscarini) which you see on your right (past Gesuati church) as you
walk out of the landing stage.
 If you FLY and arrive at Venice
Marco Polo or Treviso:
From Marco Polo Airport the journey to Venice
is run by Alilaguna company whose shuttle-boats
connect the airport to Venice.
The journey time is about 1:30 hours. Once you arrive at "Zattere" walk down the avenue you see right in front of you
(Rio Terrà Foscarini) where the hotel is situated on the right-hand side of the street.
From Treviso Airport:
Treviso is an elegant town about 40
kilometres far from Venice. It has a small airport and some aeroplanes land there as well.
ATVO public bus company and Ryanair run a number of busses in connection with Ryanair and
other flights arrivals and departures.

All the bus routes terminate at Piazzale Roma. From there follow the above instructions to
